Zits Happen!
So, I have not been posting much lately because about a week and a half ago poor little Hadley broke out in baby acne. Or at least that's what we thought. However, over the course of the past week, the "acne" has turned into more of a rash that has peppered her entire face, neck, shoulders, back, and chest. We are in the process of frantically trying to figure out what is causing this to happen to our beautiful little girl. Figuring that it is probably an allergic reaction to something she is coming in contact with we have stopped using all baby soaps and lotions and are now strictly washing her with water. We have also switched out our Dreft laundry soap for another brand of dye free fragrance free soap hoping that it will clear up the problem. We are going to wait a couple more days, hoping that these measures will help. If not, we will be heading to the doctor's office to see what we can do to clear this up. We have never had this happen to any of our other babies. They have all had a little baby acne, but nothing this drastic. If you look at the pictures, you will see the angry red bumps that are covering her poor little head. If you know what this could be or have any tips, we'd be happy to hear them.
Other than that, life goes on as normal for our little family. The girls are still madly in love with their little sister. They are constantly asking to hold her and are doting over her every minute of the day. It is so cute to watch them with her. I plan to do an entire family update sometime soon on the blog so stay tuned! :)

This might be some unwanted advice, but I have to throw it out there: You should try Melaleuca products like the baby soap and laundry soap- they are great for people with skin problems and sensitivity to normal products. We use them because Michael is allergic to most laundry soaps and has very sensitive skin to everything. I sound like a commercial, but they are great for skin allergies. I shall bring you some to try if you want, since I get it for free-hahaha!
