Christmas Eve

This year we thought we would do something nice for other people on Christmas Eve. We bought a bunch of candy canes and went to the mall to hand them out to all the people who had to work. It was fun watching all the kids shyly hand out candy canes to the workers. Most of the people we gave them to were very thankful and thought it was so cute that the kids did that for them. It was a good way to feel the Christmas spirit.

For dinner the Regas' came over and we had Hawaiian pork & long rice for dinner. It was yummy!
 After dinner we spent the evening at Ron & Nancy (Haslam) house. The kids had a talent show. They sang songs and acted out the Nativity. We had a fun night talking with Mandy & Charlie (Pinneo), Ryan & Megan (Haslam), Kristine, Rob & Weston (Orme), and Grandma Orme. We had treats and left just before bedtime.

 When we got back home we opened our traditional Christmas pajamas and nestled the children snug in their beds so visions of sugarplums could dance through their heads. ;)
